Bio

I'm Pernille — a Neijing Classical Acupuncturist and Sound Therapist based in East London. I offer gentle, body-led care for babies, children, teenagers and adults, drawing on the ancient principles of East Asian medicine to support healing, balance and vitality. I trained at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine and hold diplomas in Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Paediatric Acupuncture, and Sound Therapy. I continue to deepen my studies in Classical Neijing medicine — work that constantly reveals new ways to listen to the body with care and precision. Paediatric Acupuncture & Gentle Therapies Natural support for children — from infancy to adolescence My approach is rooted in the Classical Neijing tradition, where the body is seen as part of a greater rhythm — connected to nature, seasons, and the wider cosmos. I use acupuncture, moxibustion, pediatric tuina, sound therapy, and lifestyle guidance to support each person's unique path toward health. Children's needs change as they grow, and Chinese medicine offers safe, effective, and gentle ways to support their physical and emotional health at every stage.
