Bio
GENTLE NEEDLE-FREE ACUPRESSURE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN Paediatric Acupressure and Massage to Support Your Child’s Health Naturally At Peninsula Child and Family Acupuncture, I offer Shonishin, a gentle, needle-free acupressure and massage technique designed specifically for infants and children. This traditional Japanese therapy helps support digestion, sleep, immunity, and emotional well-being without discomfort. Shonishin promotes natural healing and balance, making it an ideal treatment for young, sensitive systems. My Journey Inspired by personal and family experiences with natural medicine, I found myself drawn to traditional healing methods. This exploration led me to Chinese medicine and acupuncture—a path that now enriches my work by offering families a broader spectrum of care. Knowledge and Experience With a deep passion for mental well-being, my journey in social work and acupuncture I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, young people, and their families. Delivering Youth Mental Health First Aid training has been especially rewarding, allowing me to share insights and promote early intervention within our community.
